1. Who this covers
This policy explains how Wone handles your information when you use the Wone Talent creator program. It applies to the website, your creator account, and any social account you choose to connect.
2. What Wone collects
- Details you give: your name, email, social handles, delivery address, and payout (bank) details.
- Social account data when you connect Instagram or TikTok: your account's public profile, such as your username and account id, used to verify you own the handle.
- Program activity: sample requests, the content links you submit, your affiliate code, and the resulting sales and commission.
Wone does not receive your social login or password, and does not post to your social accounts.
3. How Wone uses it
- To run the program: verify your handle, review and ship sample requests, and track content.
- To calculate and pay commission to the bank account on your profile.
- To contact you about your participation, samples, and payouts.
Your payout details are visible only to the Wone team and are never shown publicly.
4. How it is shared
Wone does not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers that run the program, for example the database, email, shipping, and payment providers needed to operate it, and where required by law. The brands you create for sit under Wone.
5. Retention
Wone keeps your information for as long as you are in the program and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights and deleting your data
You can access or correct your details from your Profile, and you can disconnect a social account at any time from that platform's app settings.
To request deletion of your data, email support@wonecommerce.com. If you connected Instagram and remove the app, Wone automatically clears the connection details it stored for that account. Removing data tied to your earnings may require closing your creator account, and some records may be retained where the law requires.
7. Security
Access to your information is restricted to the Wone team and the providers that operate the program. Sign-in is by one-time email code, and your session is protected with a secure cookie.
